About This Tool
This tool rearranges the pages inside a single PDF. Every page appears as a thumbnail in its current order; move pages left or right with the arrows, remove strays with , and each thumbnail's label shows both its new position and where it came from ("Page 3 — was 7"), so the change is always visible. The saved file matches the preview exactly. Everything runs in your browser — no uploads.
When You Need This
- Pages scanned out of sequence: a stack fed into the scanner in the wrong order, or back sides interleaved incorrectly from two-sided originals.
- Restructuring a filing bundle: moving an annexure ahead of another, or shifting the covering letter to the front — see our filing preparation checklist for the order reviewers expect.
- Quick cleanup: reorder and drop stray pages in one pass instead of splitting and re-merging.
To rearrange whole files rather than pages within one file, use the Merge tool, which previews all files' pages in merge order. To fix page orientation, use Rotate first.
