Fill & Sign PDFs — Without Uploading Them
Sign agreements, consent forms, and declarations directly in your browser. Create a signature by typing your name in one of six handwriting styles, drawing with a mouse, finger, or stylus, or uploading a photo of your real signature. Saved signatures are stored only in your own browser for reuse; the PDF and your signature never touch a server.
The Signature Suite
- Create & save multiple signatures — type (6 styles), draw, or upload; they stay available next visit.
- Insert anywhere — select a signature, click the spot on the page, then drag to move and drag the corner dot to resize. Place on as many pages as needed.
- Replace & delete — with a placed signature selected, click a different saved signature to swap it; remove any item with the button or Delete key.
Text Formatting for Filling Forms
The Add Text and Add Date tools come with a full formatting toolbar that updates the page live: choose Helvetica, Times, or Courier; set the exact font size (or nudge it with +/−); toggle bold, italic, and underline; pick a font colour; write multiple lines (Enter for a new line) and align them left, centre, or right. What you style on screen is exactly what is written into the PDF — the same fonts, sizes in points, and colours.
An Honest Note on What "Signed" Means Here
This tool places a visual signature — the same as printing, signing, and scanning, but cleaner. It is not a cryptographic digital signature (like a DSC used for MCA or income-tax e-filing), and it does not create a tamper-evident seal. For everyday consent forms, rent agreements, declarations, and internal approvals, a visual signature is what's expected; for statutory filings that demand a DSC, use your DSC token.
