About This Tool

This splitter shows you every page of your PDF as a live preview — so instead of guessing page numbers, you simply click the pages you want. Selected pages highlight instantly with a check mark, and the page-range box stays in sync (you can also type a range like 1-3,5 and watch the matching pages light up). Everything runs locally in your browser; your file is never uploaded.

Two Ways to Split

  • Extract selected pages: click pages in the preview (or type a range) and get one new PDF containing exactly the highlighted pages, in page order. Useful for pulling one annexure out of a filing or dropping a blank scan page (select everything except it with "Select all", then click the blank one off).
  • Split all pages: every page becomes its own numbered PDF, delivered together as a ZIP file. Useful when a batch of separate documents was scanned as one long file.

Tips

  1. Password-protected PDFs cannot be split — remove the password first.
  2. The preview shows pages exactly as stored in the file, so what you select is what you get.
  3. Need to recombine files afterwards? Use the PDF merger.
