About This Tool
This converter turns each page of a PDF into a JPG image — a single image download for one-page files, or a ZIP of numbered images for multi-page documents. Pages preview before you convert, and everything happens locally in your browser, so financial statements and identity documents stay on your device.
When Images Beat PDFs
- Portals and forms that only accept images: many application forms want a JPG of a certificate or signature page, not a PDF.
- Inserting a page into a document or slide: a JPG of the page drops straight into Word, PowerPoint, or an email body.
- WhatsApp and messaging previews: an image shows inline, where a PDF is just an attachment icon.
Choosing the Quality
Standard (150 dpi) is right for screens, portals, and email — small files, fully readable. High (300 dpi) matches print resolution and roughly quadruples the file size; use it only if the image will be printed or zoomed heavily. To go the other direction — images into a PDF — use the JPG to PDF converter. To extract the text rather than a picture of the page, use PDF to Text.
